Once again
Now and then I wonder what you’d think about it all
You’d probably say “just round them up, and up against the wall”
You would call them criminals, parasites and thieves
Men devoid of honesty, men without believes
Well I hate to tell you that nothing much has changed
They swap the names around, but the deeds all remain the same
I wish I could see you once again and sit beside you for a little while
Though I feel your presence now and then
I miss your laughter and your smile
You were never one to mingle words, you spoke your mind
For patience was no friend of yours, you were always pressed for time
Some would say you failed to do the things you should have done
Well, they don’t seem to understand, that was not part of your plan

Face the world each morning, but son do it in style
